Onderhoudsinstructies
Foxtail Betony thrives in moderate temperatures and prefers bright, indirect light. It should be watered when the soil partially dries out, and it benefits from moderate humidity levels. Regular pruning helps maintain its shape and encourages new growth.Bodem
This plant prefers well-draining loamy soil with a slightly acidic to neutral pH. Ensure the soil has good drainage to prevent waterlogging, which can lead to root rot.Kunstmest
Use a balanced fertilizer with a nutrient composition of 5-10-5 during the growing season. Fertilize every 4-6 weeks to support healthy growth.Verpotten
Repot Foxtail Betony every 2-3 years or when it outgrows its current pot. Choose a slightly larger pot with good drainage, and refresh the soil mix to provide new nutrients.Voortplanting
Propagate by division in early spring or by taking stem cuttings. Ensure the cuttings have at least one node and place them in a moist, well-draining soil mix until they establish roots.Snoeien
Prune the plant regularly to remove dead or damaged leaves and to maintain its shape. Pruning also encourages bushier growth and more abundant flowering.Toxiciteit
Foxtail Betony is not known to be toxic to pets or humans. However, it is always best to keep plants out of reach of pets and children to avoid any accidental ingestion.BRENG EEN REVOLUTIE TEWEEG IN UW PLANTENVERZORGING
