Refund Policy

At EarthOne, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and an exceptional shopping experience. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to return a product. Please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth process:

RETURNS DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND

If you change your mind about a product purchased from EarthOne, you may return the item within 30 days of the purchase date. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Returns requested more than 30 days after purchase are reviewed case by case; where accepted, return shipping is paid by the customer.

RETURNS DUE TO DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In the unfortunate event that the received products are defective, EarthOne offers the following option for resolution:

• If you prefer not to exchange the defective units for new ones, EarthOne will provide a full refund.

• To initiate a return, the customer must return the defective units within 30 days of the purchase date.

• EarthOne will pay for your shipping label for the return of defective units.

• EarthOne reserves the right to assess and determine whether the units are defective or not.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact EarthOne customer service to request a return authorization within 30 days of the purchase date.

2. If your units are defective and you are within 30 days of purchase, EarthOne will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For any other return, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

3. Ship the item(s) back to EarthOne in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

4. Returns are sent to EarthOne, ATTN: RETURNS, 511 6th St., Madison, AL 35756

5. Once the return is received and inspected, EarthOne will process the refund or send out replacement units accordingly.

Change-of-mind returns must be in their original condition, with no signs of wear or use.

While we continuously strive for excellence, our devices may occasionally not meet aesthetic expectations due to the evolving nature of our manufacturing processes.
